Verdict: the navy flowered Minnie's remind me an awful lot of the patterned tights by Cynthia Rowley featured by Pink Peonies recently. The resemblance of the pattern is uncanny. (See here:

Those diamond print Minnies seemed to sell out/disappear the minute they made their debut about a month or more back. Now I see them on pop back.
