OOTD: hot day, cool art

For a visit to a local art fair followed by a jaunt at our club swimming pool, I wore this outfit (outside the water!)

I love this skirt - it is the most perfectly pleated, floaty thing on earth. I can only wear full length skirts with a crop top, though. And if I see the pleated one come back in navy or black I will definitely get it.
